With the last few days before Christmas there’s hustling and bustling all over the place. Last minute shopping for that special gift for a loved one….or just browsing around trying to find a great deal.
Needless to say, it’s a holiday season splendor in the Honolulu County Real Estate Market. NO SLOW DOWN and the last week and a half of 2009 and the buyers are running to put in their offers for that home they’ve been dreaming of.
While others are buying toys for their tots, first time homebuyers are buying that home for the family. Go figure this real estate market. Heck, go figure any real estate market.
